Terms and Conditions

  • Becoming a member requires a minimum twelve (12) month membership commitment.
  • A credit card is required for participation in our Membership Program. Your credit card will remain securely on file.
  • Membership billing begins with the first treatment and recurs every 4 weeks for the next 11 months. Payments can be made automatically via the credit card on file or via Venmo, payable on the due date listed on the invoice. Please note: if paying by credit card, a small surcharge of 4% will be added to cover credit card processing fees. There is no surcharge for payments made via Venmo.
  • Memberships may be frozen ONCE.
  • Any unused treatment will “roll-over” to the following month/s but MUST BE USED prior to the end of your contract. Treatments do not roll-over after your membership expires.
  • Members may also “GIFT” two (2) of their unused treatment on their account but must be claimed/used prior to the end of your contract.
  • Not valid with any other offers and membership fees may not be paid with gift certificates/cards.
  • Your membership must be in current status to utilize the full benefits &/or redeem any membership services.
  • All membership cancellations require a 60-day advance written notice from your last billing date. Please be aware that if you cancel before the end of your membership term, you are subject to pay the difference between the membership price and the full price of the services received in prior months. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file.
  • Rescheduling or canceling your appointment: Must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to adhere to this window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If your fee was initially waived, a late cancellation will require you to cover 50% of the service booked charged on your credit card. However, NO SHOWS AND SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS, will be charged the full cost of the initially booked service. Future bookings will necessitate a 50% deposit.
