Terms and Conditions

  • Becoming a member requires a twelve (12) month membership commitment.
  • Membership billing begins after your first treatment. A credit card is required for participation in our Membership Program. Your credit card will remain securely on file and each month your credit card will be charged the agreed amount on the same date you started each month.
  • Memberships may be frozen ONCE.
  • Any unused treatment will “roll-over” to the following month/s but must be used prior to the end of your contract. Treatments do not roll-over after your membership
    expires.
  • Members may also “GIFT” two (2) of their unused treatment on their account but must be claimed/used prior to the end of your contract.
  • Not valid with any other offers and membership fees may not be paid with gift certificates/cards.
  • Your membership must be in current status to utilize the full benefits &/or redeem any membership services.
  • All membership cancellations require a 60-day advance written notice from your last billing date. Please be aware that if you cancel before the end of your membership term, you are subject to pay the difference between the membership price and the full price of the services received in prior months. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file.
  • You must reschedule any service at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid penalties. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours advance notice will result in an automatic 50% of service booked charged on your credit card. However, NO SHOWS AND SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS,  you will be charge 100% of the service price booked.
  • MV Makeup and Skin Care Ltd reserves the right to modify the terms of membership at any time.
